| This year the St. Theresa carnival will feature A Family Style Classic Italian Late Summer Dinner Prepared by Paul Canales & Chefs at Oliveto Restaurant Various Antipasti featuring: Grilled & Marinated Eggplant with Mint Heirloom Tomatoes Black Mission Figs Summer Squash Carpaccio Sauteed Peppers marinated in Balsamico & Basil Fresh Shelling & Pole Beans Garden Lettuces Roasted Hoffman Farm Chicken with Lemon & Rosemary Tuscan Style Wild Fennel Sausages Fresh Milled Polenta and Ici Ice Cream Cones Prepared by Mary Canales Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. Music and Dancing until 8 p.m. |
