Do you desire a better understanding of God's love for you?
Do you sometimes wonder whether you are following your own desire or God's will for you?
Are you looking for a means to discern His Call?
Would you like a new method for prayer and reflection?
If so, then the Ignatian Exercises may be for you.
The Spiritual exercises were developed by St. Ignatius of Loyola over 400 years ago as a method of helping people become closer to God and have a better understanding of His working in our daily lives. Through meditation, prayer, journaling, reflection and spiritual direction, you will restore your soul and bring balance to your life. This 32 week version of the Spiritual Exercises offers a retreat opportunity to fit the busy schedule. Every other week all participants meet together for a presentation and community sharing. Participants will also meet individually with a spiritual companion at a mutually agreeable time for guidance.
