On October 15,1925, Archbishop Edward Joseph Hanna officially announced the establishment of new parish in Oakland, Saint Theresa, “Church of the Little Flower of Jesus.” We will be celebrating our 100th Jubilee Year throughout 2025, honoring our founders, the priests and religious who advanced the parish, and the generations of parishioners whose contributions led us to this amazing milestone.
The Parish 100th Jubilee Planning Committee has been working to develop a calendar of inclusive celebratory events throughout 2025. These events will be both religious celebrations and social gatherings for parishioners and school families. Check out the Events and save the dates of the activities you want to attend!

In celebration of the 100th jubilee of St. Theresa Parish, we will publish a new photo directory in 2025!
All parish families and individuals are asked to participate in this initiative, and we'd love to see you included in this directory to commemorate this vibrant moment in our history.
All who are photographed receive a free photo directory, a free 8x10 portrait of your family, and a free photography session. You are able to purchase additional prints if you choose.
Feel free to include extended family such as grandparents, etc.

The play is at 8:00pm preceded by our optional regular picnic dinner beforehand inside the theater, above the stage. Doors open at 5:30. At the Masses on November 1 & 2 we will remember our dearly departed member of St. Theresa Parish. We will have a slideshow of those parishioners who have passed over the last 100 years.
