Welcome to Confirmation Preparation at St. Theresa Parish. We realize the importance of providing a faith community for our high schoolers as they prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. We look forward to this journey together.
Through Confirmation Preparation, we aim to provide support and guidance for the high schoolers of our parish through prayer, service, and relationship building. We hope that every teen will discover and explore their uniqueness and God-given gifts, learn to love their faith and the traditions of our faith, and recognize Christ active in their lives through community. Our ministry will offer many opportunities to strengthen faith, both individually and together.
Confirmation Preparation at St. Theresa Parish is a two year process, typically beginning in September of 9th grade and receiving the sacrament in the Spring of 10th grade. Preparation includes sessions (usually twice a month), regular participation in weekend liturgies, and an annual retreat.
The registration packet includes the calendar, program requirements, registration and diocesan forms, and fee information.
Thank you for giving St. Theresa Parish the opportunity to participate in your preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation. We look forward to your participation in this ministry and thank you for your openness to seeing and experiencing God through our community as we grow together in faith.
Many Blessings to you,

In the Sacrament of Confirmation, the baptized person is "sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit" and is strengthened for service to the Body of Christ.
